The Defend Flood™ Series is an explosion-proof floodlight with high levels of lumen output. Both versatile and durable, the Defend Flood Series is approved for use in harsh or hazardous locations, where ignitable liquids, gases and vapors are used.

The fixture is used with confidence in mining, marine and industrial environments, for applications that include mining processing and production, gasoline dispensing and service stations, petroleum and chemical refineries, offshore drilling rigs, petroleum and chemical transportation barges, liquefied natural gas carriers, wastewater treatment plants, power plants and aircraft hangars.

For flexibility, the fixture comes in two wattage options, and in cool white or neutral white correlated color temperatures. The Defend Flood Series is also available in three custom optic options to optimize light output and distribution. Installations or retrofits are simple, due to the fixture’s versatile wall, ceiling and pendant mounting options.
