Alloy Steel

Alloy steels contain one or more alloying elements in addition to carbon in percentages beyond a specified threshold. These steels are produced for use in specific applications, having a certain degree of corrosion resistance, hardness, strength, ductility or other desired property not found in typical carbon steels or stainless steels.
